Returns are available within 14 days of delivery. Please note that we can only accept returns for unworn items, returned with the tags on in the bag they were shipped in. We will issue the refund within 24 hours of receiving the items.
Items purchased through Cash on Delivery will only be refunded as Bernessi voucher. Card refunds will be returned through the original card used on the transaction. Please allow 7-14 days for your refund to appear back into your account - once the item(s) have been received back to us.
We have the right to refuse a refund if we suspect the item has been worn or if it is not in the same condition as it was sent out. Please notice that we cannot accept returns on sale items.
If you would like to switch your item/s, please contact us - we will arrange a delivery for you (free for one-time, all the extra exchanges will be charged at 20 AED rate)
